TIME AND MATERIAL

We believe that most of the time our clients have a clear understanding regarding projects the demands of business make them take on.  We believe our clients are fully capable of laying out the scope, project plan, define the hardware and software platforms and gain concurrence from their user community,  What our clients often lack is the time, skills, or expertise to get the work done.  We do not consult... we do.  We get into the mix, get the job done, and get out.  

Here is just some of the benefits in using us on a time basis:

• We are vendor neutral - we are unique because we purposefully remain neutral to the type of platform, technique, tool, or methodology used on a project.  We simply apply the right set of skills given the criteria you set.
• Our Field Staff are just that, our staff.  We minimize the use of sub contractors so that we can
  • Protect out clients from potential labour issues.
  • Provide full benefits to our staff and thereby provide our clients with a high rate of retention among our staff.  This can significantly reduce project length since it avoids lengthy retraining time.
• Our terms for starting and stopping a project are simple.  If you don't need us don't use us.  No long term commitments from you.   We understand the needs of your business change on a moments notice.  Part of our philosophy is that projects may come and go but the long term relationship is what's important.
